* Tx.
1) 응급처치
calcium gluconate : NM memb.에서 K의 counteract
-> cardiac toxicity 최소화
(응급처치, K를 줄이는게 아님!)
2) K on ECF => ICF
① bicarbonate : acidosis induced hyperkalemia 치료시
② insulin + glucose(cell내로 K shift)
③ albuterol : beta2 agonist
(beta-adrenergic stimulation시->insulin, renin 분비 ↑)
3) K elimination from body
① loop diuretics, thiazide : s/e가 저칼륨혈증인 이뇨제들
② kayecalate
③ dialysis
